So it doesn’t happen all the time but George is great at getting into the long grass on the other side of the fence we have been keeping for when the weather gets really horrible !! He is very good at finding a weak spot and then just shimmying underneath it ( I must say at this stage the electric fence is not on !) 

Little lad looks on in great dismay he is just too big to make it under that fence, but the other day George had made it saggy enough for Little lad to get through !! What a tag team ! 

George is always really good at being caught and walked back in, he just likes to keep us on our toes ! 

We’ve got the stable and the donkeys …..  

Whenever I go and put the
dnkys to bed, I always take them a little treat and the closest I have ever gotten to their stable without disturbing them is a good few meters. 
Their hearing, obviously, is excellent as is their vision at night. 
This evening I approached them, ready to put them to bed and made it all the way into their stable without startling or disturbing them too much. 

George even ate his carrots from my hand, whilst he was sitting down!!!

They are so sweet, its quite overwhelming.
